This 6.22 acre residential lot is located in the Southern Colorado city of San Pablo, in Costilla County. The small town of San Luis is a 10 mile drive Southwest from this lot. In San Luis you can find shopping, banking, etc. San Luis is the oldest town in Colorado, and is apparently quite proud of this fact.
