General Information
  This 6.22 acre residential lot is located in the Southern Colorado city of San Pablo, in Costilla County. The small town of San Luis is a 10 mile drive Southwest from this lot. In San Luis you can find shopping, banking, etc.
San Luis is the oldest town in Colorado, and is apparently quite proud of this fact.

The lot is upslope from the road, with an area of slight upslope at the road leading to multiple natural clearings. It is almost entirely Southern exposed for a good Solar Array installation. It also spans a hilltop for nice views and hiking. This would be a great recreational lot, or a great rural cabin homesite.

There are scattered cabins and homes in the area, the nearest at this time is located about 1500 feet Northwest, on an upslope lot quite similar to this one.

The land is located on Hoadley Road, in San Pablo, Colorado, 81153.
 
 
Building on this Land
 This land is zoned for residential construction. There is no requirement that building must commence, however, once building does commence it must be completed within one year, and must comply with all applicable building codes and restrictions.
